We have created a new Business Class service for Commercial Bank customers to meet your daily banking needs and enable you to transact with us faster and more efficiently. These services, which include new exclusive counters and a dedicated telephone service, are of course in addition to the ongoing support of your Relationship Manager or Director.
In the branch
At our busiest branches you will now find a dedicated counter for our Business and Premier customers. This counter has been designed for you to ensure that as a valued customer you receive a faster, superior service in the branch. Only experienced members of staff with expertise in business transactions will work at the new counter, which is open during full branch hours.
Simply look for the ‘Business and Premier ’ sign to be fast tracked for all of your in-branch banking needs, such as:

Dropping off your Cash & Cheque Advantage wallets

Ordering counter servicing stationery

Depositing your cash and cheque transactions

Sending an international payment
-
Sending a UK domestic same day payment

Requesting a draft

Getting the contact details of your Relationship Team.

On the phone
Our Business Class service continues away from the branch, as you can conduct a range of transactions quickly and easily by calling your Customer Service Executive Team from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The available services include:

Payment and statement queries

Balance enquiries

Stopping a cheque

Direct Debit and Standing Order queries

Funds transfers (between accounts in the same name)

Ordering cheque and credit books, cards and PINs

Arranging encashments
-
International transaction queries.
If you don’t have the phone number or contact details for your Customer Service Executive Team, your Relationship Manager or Director will be able to provide them for you.
