To get two months refund with a Barclays Business Insurance policy, all we ask is that:
- your business is less than 12 months old
or
- you have 3 years’ no claims on your existing Business Insurance policy.
We’ll give you a refund to the equivalent of two months premiums towards the end of your first year. Please note this offer can be withdrawn at anytime. Read our full Terms and Conditions.
Renting out residential property can offer the prospect of substantial returns, as you’re not just looking at income, but capital growth too. But there may be times when you lose rent through damage to your property or problem tenants.
That’s why our Residential Property Owners policy has been designed to cover these specific requirements.
