(1) Complete the Direct-IP Application form. Please note that if you are a Bureau, you will need to complete the Direct-IP Bureau Application form instead.

(2) If you are not a current Bacstel-IP user you will need to apply for the Bacstel-IP service. Assuming that you are a Barclays customer you will need to complete either a Service User or Bureau Application form in addition to the above Direct-IP Application Forms.

(2) If you are already a Bacstel-IP user, you will need to advise your bank that you will use Direct-IP or Direct-IP Bureau software. You can do this by telephoning our Helpdesk on 0845 605 2444*. Please note that your Security Contact must place this call.
