The software is a WindowsTM package and will run on most personal computers. An engineer will install it for you and provide training.
There is a comprehensive user manual which accompanies the package, but should you have any problems with the operation of our Direct-IP software, you can call our help desk on 0845 605 2444, between 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our team will be able to deal with any queries you may have.
