DONAL ROCHE
Appointed Chairman and Non-Executive Director in December 2005. A trained solicitor, Donal Roche was the managing partner at Matheson Ormsby Prentice (MOP) and served as the Head of Commercial and Corporate Finance Group. Donal is also a Director of McInerney Holdings plc, Chairman of Appian Wealth Management, Chairman of DPS Engineering and Chairman of Murray Consultants Ltd.

JOHN O'CONNOR
John O’Connor is the Managing Director of Barclays Bank Ireland Plc. He has over twenty years experience of commercial banking and structured finance in both international and domestic markets and is responsible for building Barclays Bank Ireland’s strategy in Ireland.
John began his banking career in London where he worked for Union Bank of Switzerland and MeesPierson. He later spent eleven years in New York where he held a number of senior banking roles including Head of Global Leveraged Finance at Fortis Bank. He returned to Ireland in 2004 as Head of Acquisition Finance at Bank of Ireland and joined Barclays Bank Ireland plc in June 2008.

Appointed as a Director in January 2005. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. James Kelly is the Finance Director of Barclays Bank Ireland. James previously worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland as Chief Financial Officer of the Wealth Management Division and Finance Director of the Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd. |

HELEN CALDER (British)
Appointed as Risk Director in Barclays Bank Ireland in July 2008, Helen has spent the last 5 years leading a number of Risk Control Units in the Industry teams in the UK and has kept oversight of the Scottish Risk Control Unit since moving to Ireland.
Helen has worked for Barclays Commercial Bank for 24 years. She has worked in many Corporate Support Roles in various branches in the UK and has spent the last ten years in leadership positions in Sales, Service and Risk teams.

CHRIS CULLEN
Appointed as a Non-Executive Director in December 2005. Chairman of the Audit Committee. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Chris Cullen retired from KPMG in 2005 after 27 years as a partner during which time he served in many senior positions including leading the firm's Financial Sector practice, Chairman of Professional Services and non-executive Chair of the Middle Markets group. Chris specialised in particular in services to the banking, leasing and aviation finance industries in Ireland and overseas. He has recently joined the Board of J & E Davy Holdings and is Chairman of its Audit Committee. |
