Helen Kelly has worked in Corporate Banking for Barclays for over 20 years, most of which was spent in the London market. She has been a Relationship Director since March 2000 and joined Barclays Dublin in November 2004 to focus primarily on the Retail & Wholesale and Hospitality & Leisure sectors. With effect from January 2009, Helen was appointed Commercial Director and now heads up the team responsible for Barclays Commercial's largest Irish clients.

Henry Cleary is Head of the Structured Property Finance Team and has financed and structured a wide range of high profile transactions including Rodenheights (largest property syndication deal in Ireland), Titanic Quarter (Belfast Docklands), Goldman Sachs HQ (London), Neumarkt Shopping Centre (Cologne) and SWS Windfarms. Joining Barclays in 2003, Henry was a Director at Barclays Capital IBD prior to joining Barclays Commercial in June '08. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Henry worked in corporate finance and was a Senior Consultant with KPMG's Business Consulting division prior to joining Barclays.

Niall Quinn joined Barclays in November 2003. A qualified chartered accountant he was previously employed in FGS and PWC where he worked in their corporate finance departments. Niall has over ten years structured finance experience. Since joining Barclays, Niall has originated and assisted in the execution of a number of structured finance deals including vanilla PFI, project finance, local authority and social housing lending in conjunction with the Specialist structured teams. He relationship manages a number of Irish clients in the construction sector.

Graeme MacLaughlin is a Relationship Director with Barclays having joined the Bank in 2006. Graeme has over 12 years Corporate Banking experience, previously as a Director of Fortis Bank in Birmingham, where he managed a wide range of clients across a number of different business sectors. Graeme is involved with business development and relationship management of large corporate targets in Northern Ireland and educational establishments throughout Ireland. Graeme has developed a portfolio including significant relationships with Queen’s and Cork Universities.
